Creating an Email Notification Report
In your Online Ordering Console, you can Generate an Email Report by selecting "Reports" from the top navigation bar, and then selecting "My Emails...".
The data provided in this email is to show you when our server sent out the email and if the email was opened by the end user. (The "opened by user" feature can only be detected if the end user doesn't have a block of that feature in their email - so it isn't a fully accurate report since we can't know if the user actually opened the email or not)
Enter the date range you would like a report for and click View This Report. Note: The data is provided according to WHEN the email was sent, so at the time the order was completed.
Here you will see information on all the emails you have been sent and the subjects, status, and date/time they were sent. You can also print or export all the information to MS Excel.
