How to Hide Specific Price Names, Sizes or Selections with a Menu Item

This feature allows you to hide specific sizes or selections (also known as Price Names) for a Menu Item, rather than hiding the entire item.

Hiding a menu item price name means that customers will no longer be able to see or order that size/selection or price, but the rest of the price names will still be available.

In your Online Ordering Console, you can hide a price name by selecting "Restaurant Manager" from the main menu, and then selecting "Menu Items" under the "MENU SETTINGS" heading.

Locate the menu item with the price name you wish to hide and click the pencil and paper Edit button. 

Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the Price Name you wish to hide. If you have more than one Menu, be sure you are in the correct menu or hide the Price Name in both Menus, if needed. Then, Click the green Shown button next to it.

The button will turn red and say Hidden. If you want to show a price name again in the future, click the Hidden button and it will change back to Shown.

As an example: Below you will see the Price Names or Sizes for a Pizza Menu Item. You can also see that there is another menu, but the Pizza item is not included there, so the Price Names & Prices remain blank. 

Lastly, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the Menu Item form and click "Save This Information"
