Adding Additional Recipients for Order Notifications

You can receive order notifications at multiple email addresses and/or SMS numbers. 

Note: You MUST have input a main email and text number, and checked the box to activate those features. 

1. Login to your account.
2. Click Restaurant Manager in the top black bar.
3. Under Restaurant Settings, click Restaurant Locations.
4. Click on the blue bar labeled Edit/View Additional Details for this Location for the location you wish to set up order notifications for.
5. Click the Orders & Notifications tab.

6. Scroll down to Additional Notification Recipients. Here you can enter the phone number/ email address, name, and order types you would like the additional recipient to be notified about.

7. Be sure to click Save Additional Recipients when you are done!
