How Do I Enable and Create Time Slots?

Instead of the default regular ready times for customers to choose from, you can now create your own custom time slots. Follow the steps below to learn how!


  1. Login to your Admin Dashboard and select 'Restaurant Manager' from the top navigation bar menu.
  2. In the 'Restaurant Settings' menu select 'Restaurant Locations'

  1. Select the Green 'Edit/View Additional Details for this Location' button on your desired location.

  1. Scroll down and find the 'Enable Time Slots' setting. Select the 'Time Slots' option and then click the 'Settings' button.

  1. Scroll down to the 'Create A New Time Slot' section. Here you can determine the time frame of the time slot, and any order limits if needed.
  2. Select the 'Create' button to create the time slot. Repeat steps 5 & 6 to create all the time slots you wish to offer.
  3. Before you're done, make sure the Time Slots 'Enabled' option is selected at the top.
  4. Select the 'Save This Information' button to save your changes.

Now you're all set! Taking a look at the offered time slots at checkout should show the time windows you created.
