Manager App General Overview
The Manager app is a great tool for you to track your orders, be notified of incoming orders, close/open your online ordering, and more!
Below you will find a general overview of the various features you can find within the Manager app.

1. Open Orders
From the left main menu, you can select 'Open Orders' to view your incoming open orders. You can then also select the individual orders to view them in their entirety.
a. Date Range
In the upper right corner, you will find a 📅 Calendar icon. When selected it will open a window with a date range. That is the date range of orders you are currently viewing and can be changed as you'd like. The 'Today' button will automatically take you back to the current day's orders. You'll want to make sure to do this if you are finished viewing past orders and/or seem to not be viewing the current day's orders.
b. Active Locations
If your account has more than one active location you will find an option at the bottom left to switch between these locations to view orders, or view orders for all locations at once.
c. Turn Off Online Ordering
At the bottom left corner, you will also find an On/Off slider next to 'Online Ordering'. This can be very useful if you need to immediately close your online ordering during your regular open hours.
2. Completed Orders
From the left main menu, you can select 'Completed Orders' to view your completed orders. You can then also select the individual orders to view them in their entirety.
3. Canceled Orders
From the left main menu, you can select 'Canceled Orders' to view orders that you have canceled. You can then also select the individual orders to view them in their entirety.
4. Future Orders
From the left main menu, you can select 'Future Orders' to view orders that are scheduled for a future time. You can then also select the individual orders to view them in their entirety.
5. Menu Items
From the left main menu, you can select 'Menu Items' to view your menu. You can also then select the 👁 eye icon to set items as hidden, unavailable or available.
The 'Hidden' setting completely hides the item from the customer's view on your online ordering site. The 'Unavailable' setting has the item remain visible on your menu but makes it unavailable for ordering and adds an 'unavailable' banner to the item. This setting can be good if an item is temporarily unavailable and you'd like customers to know you still carry it, just not at this time.
6. Support Chat
From the left main menu, you can select 'Support Chat' to open the Support Chat window. If you need assistance with anything just send us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!
7. App Settings
From the left main menu, you can select 'Settings' to view the app's settings. This is extremely useful to configure your alerts/notifications for incoming orders, how orders are sorted, and other settings. You can also set up a printer.
8. App Updates
From the left main menu, you can select 'Updates' to view what features were recently added, fixed, or updated in the app. Make sure to regularly check for app updates in your device's app store. Setting your apps to auto-update is also a great idea to ensure you have the latest version.
