Manager App - Compatible Printers
The Manager App integrates with most Star Micronics receipt printers. The printer will need a Bluetooth, USB, or WiFi connection that can pair with your Apple IOS iPhone/iPad OR an Android Smartphone/Tablet with a stable internet connection. We typically recommend a Bluetooth or a USB wired connection.
Please note: Your Apple device should have IOS 16 or higher to work with our Manager App. Apple requires updates to a certain level that causes the App to stop working with unsupported IOS versions.
For best results use a printer that prints to a standard receipt size of approx. 3" in width (76-80 mm).
