How Can I Receive My Orders?

You can receive orders in the following ways (pick multiple methods at no extra charge):

1. Email

(The body of the email contains an email version of the order information and attached is a password secured PDF order sheet)

2. Fax

3. Auto Print / Direct to Printer with the Order Monitor Software (Software works with a Windows PC/Laptop with an OS of Win XP or higher)

4. Web Based Interface (via any Web Browser on any Device, optimized for Tablets)

5. 'Order' Manager App via Apple App Store (IOS) or Google Play Store (Android), optimized for tablets. (Apps available for tablet or smartphone, App may not be available for older devices)

Android App

(Auto-printing now available via our integration with StarPRNT SDK using specific versions of Bluetooth enabled Star Micronics printers including TSP143IIIBi, mC-Print3 MCP31LB or MCP31CB, contact us for additional models)

iOS App

(Auto-printing also available to a full-size AirPrint enabled printer. This feature sends a full size PDF to be printed, so it will not work with receipt printers.)

6. Text Message Notification with a link to view the Order

7. Automated Phone Call Notification of an order
